About the Founder

Davina Jennile Blair

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Davina Jennile Blair is a behavior scientist, corporate trainer, AI and workflow strategist, consultant, entrepreneur, and civic leader. Her career spans behavioral science, corporate operations, healthcare, public-sector environments, workforce support, process improvement, and organizational and community leadership.

She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from Georgia Southern University. Her professional experience includes corporate operations leadership, healthcare settings, and public-sector behavioral health — including DBHDD, McKesson/CoverMyMeds, Wellstar, and others — cross-sector depth that allows her training to translate across industries.

Through Blair-Brown Consulting LLC, Davina brings behavioral science together with corporate training, AI-enabled workforce strategy, and practical implementation. Her work is centered on helping organizations prepare people for change, strengthen performance, modernize workflows, and translate new knowledge and technology into everyday workplace behavior.
